HI I’m Earl Estera. I'm a certified John Maxwell Team trainer, speaker and coach who's passionate about helping people discover their purpose and passion. With certifications in D.I.S.C. Behavioural Analysis and being an  NLP Master Practitioner, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my work. As a Teaching Team member of the Empowered Living Community, I'm part of a global network of mentors and trainers led by Paul Martinelli. I'm also the Managing Director and Creative Director of Intercede Inc., a corporate event management and consulting company, and Managing Director of Interchange, an HR and skills training company. I'm currently a regional director in BNI (Business Network International) in the Philippines. My proven methods of personal development, team development trainings, and coaching have helped countless individuals and organizations increase their productivity and profitability.
